Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul extended warm birthday wishes to Suwat Liptapallop on his 71st birthday at a merit-making ceremony held at Wat Traimit Witthayaram. The event saw both family and friends gather in a serene setting to celebrate the occasion.
According to Thai News Agency, the ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed monks, including Somdej Phra Phutthacharn (Snit Chuanpanyo), Abbot of Wat Traimit Witthayaram, and member of the Supreme Sangha Council, alongside Somdej Phra Maharatchamongkolmuni (Thongchai Thammachot), Assistant Abbot of Wat Traimit Witthayaram. As part of the celebrations, a midday meal was offered to 40 monks from Wat Traimit, fostering a spiritual and communal atmosphere.
Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, attending the event, personally conveyed his birthday wishes to Suwat and took the opportunity to pay respects to the revered monks present. He also paid homage to the Phra Phuttha Mahasuwan Patimakor, seeking blessings for auspiciousness.
The event concluded with Mr. Anutin expressing his admiration and respect for Suwat, referring to him as his "boss," and joining in the cake-cutting ceremony. Suwat reciprocated with good wishes for Mr. Anutin's success in governance, hoping for a complete four-year term. The day ended with Mr. Anutin visiting his grandmother, Charasphim Liptapallop, to receive her blessings, sharing a meal with her in a setting filled with warmth and familial affection.
