Another strong post from the famous director, Odd Bandit Thongdee, after many celebrities and industry figures recently posted about being cheated out of their pay. He was equally angry because he was cheated out of his pay, despite having been in the industry for 32 years.
According to Thai News Agency, the talented director's Facebook page, Bandit Thongdee, posted, "As the year ends, we've encountered stories of many people in the entertainment industry being cheated out of their pay, both in front of the camera and behind the camera. Everyone's been cheated out of their pay, from famous leading actors to veteran actors and producers to teenage stars and friends' daughters, famous influencers. Even I, who have been working for 32 years, still can't escape this vicious cycle. I want to tell those companies with bad habits: if you're not ready, don't invest in this business. Don't take on a tiger with bare hands. You're the only one who wants the profit, but the team suffers the loss together. It's really terrible. Things like this affect everyone. Be careful or you'll lose your place, you guys."
In his post, Bandit also mentioned his willingness to disclose the names of companies involved in such practices. He encouraged individuals to reach out to him directly for more information, indicating a collective frustration within the industry over this ongoing issue.
