Bangkok, EA shares opened this morning with a floor price of 9.20 baht, down 3.9 baht or 29.7%.
Reporters reported on the movement of the Thai stock market opening this morning (July 16, 2024) with the index at 1,327.77 points, up 0.34 points, with a trading value of 1,137.02 million baht on July 16, 2024, while the share price of Energy Absolute PCL (EA) opened the market, falling sharply to the lowest level of the day or the floor level at 9.20 baht, a decrease of 3.9 baht or 29.77% compared to the previous day’s price.
Yesterday (July 15), EA shares were marked with H and SP because the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) ordered the company to report information about debts due that EA reported that did not match its quarterly financial statements, before the SP mark was removed this morning after EA clarified the information last night.
EA also explained that it has received information from TRIS Rating that the company’s credit rating has been downgraded from BBB+ (Negative) to BB+ (Negative), which ma
y affect the credit limit from financial institutions and new debentures to be issued according to the original plan.
