Industrial estates, industrial zones, industrial parks and industrial factories in the area can cope.
Mr. Ekanat Promphan, Minister of Industry, along with Mr. Nattapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, and executives of the Ministry of Industry visited Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province to monitor preparedness to cope with the water situation, preventive measures and solutions to flooding in the area to prevent impacts on the industrial sector, which is the main structure driving the economy of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province and the country, including Bang Pa-in Industrial Estate, Ban Wa (Hi-Tech) Industrial Estate, Nakhon Luang Industrial Estate, and Rojana Industrial Park.
Mr. Ekkanat said that today’s visit was to ensure that the
industrial estates, industrial zones, industrial parks, and factories are well prepared and sufficient to cope with the flood situation, which is likely to be more severe than last year. Although areas surrounding Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province have already been affected by the flood, the economic areas of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province where the industrial estates, industrial zones, and industrial parks are located have not been affected. He asked for confidence that we have prepared to cope with the situation to the fullest extent, have measures to prevent and solve the flood problem, and have prepared to cope with the flood situation effectively to build confidence among business operators and the public with 8 main measures: 1.
