Final Farewell for ‘Hlun Solo’ as Ashes to be Scattered in Mekong River

Kalasin: Preparations are underway to scatter the ashes of "Hlun" in the Mekong River, sending him on a journey to a new world. The family held a ceremony to collect the ashes of "Hlun Solo" at Wat Rangsi Chatchawan in Somdet District, Kalasin Province, in preparation for scattering them in the Mekong River. This will allow "Hlun" to embark on a new journey, marking the final adventure of this young man who loved to travel.

According to Thai News Agency, the family held a ceremony to collect the ashes of "Hlun Solo" at Wat Rangsi Chatchawan, Somdet District, Kalasin Province, after his cremation yesterday. The ceremony was attended by grieving relatives and many people who came to bid "Hlun" farewell on his final journey. The ashes were arranged according to tradition, and monks sprinkled them with fragrant water for auspiciousness. The ashes will then be taken home for merit-making ceremonies. A portion of the ashes will be scattered in the Mekong River, a long river flowing through several countries, to allow "Hlun" to journey into a new world, marking the final adventure of this young man who loved to travel. The family will discuss this further. The remaining ashes will be kept at the temple and, after the 100-day memorial service, will be given to Hlun's father.

As for the fans, household items, and rice that were generously donated, the relatives will donate them to various places to dedicate merit to Hulan.
