Lat Krabang Fire and Rescue Station personnel, along with fire trucks, were dispatched to investigate.

The incident occurred in a large open area used for storing oil tanks. A fire was found engulfing a large oil storage tank located far from residential areas. It took firefighters over 20 minutes to bring the fire under control.

Initial investigations revealed that the fire involved several palm oil storage tanks, both 6,000-liter and 200-liter sizes, some empty and some containing oil. Fortunately, there were no injuries or fatalities. One tank was damaged by the fire, covering an area of approximately 25 square meters. Firefighters used water and foam to extinguish the blaze. The preliminary cause is suspected to be palm oil being left unattended while being heated, causing it to overflow and ignite.
