Bangkok:Lawyer Kung, alongside Oysri, arrived at the Central Investigation Bureau to submit a letter opposing bail for Boom Panadda and Got, citing concerns over potential evidence tampering and safety threats. They fear that if bail is granted, the accused could interfere with the ongoing investigation.
According to Thai News Agency, Lawyer Kung, authorized by Chang Ae, filed the objection as Boom Panadda had previously accused Chang Ae and Got of joint fraud. Concerns are that granting bail might allow Boom and Got to influence witnesses or evidence. Chang Ae, who had been friends with the accused, is worried about possible repercussions due to his cooperation with the police.
Oysri stated that she was approached to delay legal actions but chose to proceed legally. She emphasized her concerns about Boom's influential connections, fearing the potential for undue influence. Despite receiving criticism on social media, Oysri remains committed to pursuing the case, believing it serves the public interest.
