Ratchada: Mai Davika, a well-known actress and model, attended the Criminal Court to address allegations made against her, accusing her of being an ‘ungrateful star’. The case revolves around a defamatory statement posted by the opposing party, which has allegedly tarnished Mai Davika’s reputation.
According to Thai News Agency, the actress refrained from speaking to the media during her court appearance, requesting that the media not attend the hearing due to the sensitive nature of the case. She also requested that the court keep the details confidential.
Following the examination of the indictment, Mai Davika briefly addressed the media, stating that she preferred not to disclose any information as it pertains to a personal matter. She clarified that the misunderstanding regarding her court appearance being linked to a “dramatic case” from the TV series “Mae Yua” did not affect her. The court has scheduled a cross-examination of the defendant on August 18 at 1:00 p.m.
