The Prime Minister clarified that the decision to refrain from renewing gun permits stems from incidents like this. After the Prime Minister's Export Award 2026 ceremony, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior reported the situation to him, prompting instructions for Deputy Minister of Interior, Mr. Polpeera Suwannachavi, to visit the area immediately.
