Provincial Justice Office Delivers Over 3,700 Services in First Month of Operation

Bangkok: After just one month of operation, the Provincial Justice Office has successfully provided services to more than 3,700 cases, achieving a public satisfaction rate of over 99.78%. This accomplishment aligns with the policy of offering proactive legal assistance and compensation, as expressed by Pol. Lt. Gen. Rutthaphon.

According to Thai News Agency, Pol. Lt. Gen. Ruttapol Naowarat, Minister of Justice, reported that from October 1-26, 2025, a total of 3,701 cases were handled by 81 provincial justice offices nationwide and in Bangkok. The provinces with the highest number of cases include Nakhon Si Thammarat with 246 cases, followed by Nakhon Ratchasima with 147 cases, and Prachin Buri with 133 cases. Other provinces in the top 10 are Nakhon Pathom, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Ubon Ratchathani, Surat Thani, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, and Khon Kaen.

Proactive assistance efforts resulted in over 135 cases and 401 cases being coordinated by more than 128 agencies. These efforts included notifying victims of their rights to compensation, providing legal advice, witness protection, and other recommendations.

Furthermore, the satisfaction assessment conducted through the MSC system from October 1-24, 2025, revealed an overall satisfaction rate of 99.78% among people nationwide. This high satisfaction rate reflects the efficiency of the Provincial Justice Offices' operations, aligned with the Ministry of Justice and government policies.

During his first month as Minister of Justice, Pol. Lt. Gen. Rutthaphon has emphasized the importance of cooperation across all sectors to implement six key policies that have yielded tangible results. These include enhancing legal assistance and compensation for crime victims and ensuring fast, comprehensive, and fair access to justice services. Positive feedback from statistics and satisfaction surveys supports these efforts, although the Ministry of Justice remains focused on addressing public concerns in accordance with the Prime Minister's directives.
