Bangkok: PTT Group welcomed children and youth to its 2026 Children's Day event under the theme "KIDS Camp for Sustainability: Fun, Learning, and Sustainability." Mr. Kongkrapan Intarajong, Chief Executive Officer and President of PTT Public Company Limited, along with senior executives from the PTT Group, led the event.
According to Thai News Agency, the event focused on encouraging young people to think critically and solve problems creatively through experiential learning that combined technology with hands-on activities. It aimed to enhance knowledge of energy and foster responsible energy use and environmental awareness, aligning with PTT's vision of "Strengthening Thai society and achieving sustainable global growth."
Mr. Kongkrapan emphasized the importance of creating learning experiences in sustainability and promoting systematic analytical thinking. He highlighted the initiative's goal of instilling environmental awareness in children to improve quality of life, based on the belief that youth are the seeds of the future and a force for sustainable development.
The event created a warm and inviting atmosphere for children and youth to role-play as explorers, participating in workshops on clean energy and environmental conservation. Activities included planting seedlings, shaping sand, playing a VR game, bead stringing, clay sculpting, and safe driving activities. The event featured performances by PTT Group mascots and offered numerous prizes, leaving lasting impressions on the participating children and youth.
