Bangkok: The Stock Exchange of Thailand: The Stock Exchange of Thailand has notified 15 listed companies to expedite the process of correcting the qualifications for the distribution of shareholdings of small shareholders or Free Float to be completed within the specified time, which is June 4, 2025.
According to Thai News Agency, the Stock Exchange of Thailand announced that if the 15 listed companies are still unable to correct their Free Float qualifications within the specified time, which is June 4, 2025, the Stock Exchange of Thailand will put up the SP (Suspension) mark to prohibit trading of securities until they can distribute their shareholdings to retail investors in full. This is because the 15 listed companies were put up with the CF mark due to incomplete Free Float since June 5, 2024, which is close to the 1-year deadline and still have incomplete Free Float. The 15 listed companies are: Asia Network International Public Company Limited (ANI), CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited (CIMBT), Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited (GLAND), GMM Grammy Public Company Limited (GRAMMY), KWI Public Company Limited (KWI), Laguna Resorts and Hotels Public Company Limited (LRH), NFC Public Comp any Limited (NFC), PM Thoresen Asia Holdings Public Company Limited (PMTA), PRG Corporation Public Company Limited (PRG), Plus Tech Innovation Public Company Limited (PTECH), Royal Orchid Hotel (Thailand) Public Company Limited (ROH), Thanulak Public Company Limited (TNL), Unique Mining Services Public Company Limited (UMS), UOB Kay Hian Securities (Thailand) (UOBKH), and Salekta Public Company Limited (ZAA).
