Suang Unaware of Coalition Dinner Coordination, Mobile Cabinet Meeting Postponed

Bangkok: "Suang" reveals he did not receive coordination for a meal with the coalition parties, confirming postponement of the mobile cabinet meeting. Mr. Surawong Thienthong, Minister of Tourism and Sports, discussed the upcoming government coalition party dining scheduled for tomorrow, stating that he was unaware of any arrangements as he had not been contacted by the Pheu Thai Party leader. He mentioned that if such a gathering were to occur, it would likely involve only party leaders, and he was not privy to the details.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Surawong addressed rumors concerning a potential cabinet reshuffle linked to the postponement of the mobile cabinet meeting in Phitsanulok Province. He indicated that he had not received any indications of a reshuffle, though acknowledged the possibility given the Prime Minister's earlier comments and media reports of a cabinet reshuffle earlier in the year.

Regarding the delay of the Cabinet meeting initially planned for June 23-24 in Phitsanulok Province, Mr. Surawong stated that he was not informed of the reasons behind the postponement and that a new date had not yet been determined.
