Bangkok: The Teachers Council has announced that it will offer an around-the-clock online testing system for teacher subject tests, in addition to the traditional paper-based testing scheduled in 12 provinces from March 14 to 24. Asst. Prof. Dr. Amolwan Weera Thammo, Secretary-General of the Teachers’ Council, disclosed this development as part of the 2025 testing schedule set by the Subcommittee on the Administration of Teacher Professional Competency.
According to Thai News Agency, the Subcommittee has released the 2025 schedule for evaluating teacher professional competency in both knowledge and professional experience. The testing will occur in two formats: the first is a single paper-based session, while the second comprises four rounds of electronic testing. The paper-based test is set for June 21, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with test centers located in 12 provinces across different regions of the country.
Eligible candidates can verify their eligibility and submit requests from March 11 to 17, 2025. Applications will be accepted online 24 hours a day from March 14 at 8:30 a.m. until March 24 at 4:30 p.m., including public holidays, through the website https://ksp2568-1.thaijobjob.com. Both Thai and English versions of the test are available, accommodating both local and foreign applicants.
Applicants can select one test location from 12 available sites, with the Thai version offered in all locations and the English version available in Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Khon Kaen, and Songkhla. The test is open to candidates who have previously failed between 2021-2024, as well as new candidates.
The application fee is set at 500 baht for Thai nationals and non-Thai ID cardholders, while foreigners will pay 1,000 baht. Payments can be made between March 14-24, 2025, through any bank’s application using a QR code. Candidates can amend personal information, except for national ID and birth date, from March 25-27, 2025. Eligible candidates can print their ID cards from May 30, 2025, for the test on June 21, 2025. Results will be announced on August 15, 2025.
