Bangkok: Police from the Metropolitan Police Division 1 (DP1D) and Chokchai Police Station jointly arrested a 37-year-old delivery rider for luring a 13-year-old girl, forcing her to smoke marijuana, then threatening her with a knife and raping her while filming the act. He was found to have no driver's license and was using another person's bank account to accept the job.
According to Thai News Agency, police from the Metropolitan Police Bureau's Drug Suppression Division, in collaboration with Chokchai Police Station, arrested Mr. Satcha, 37, on the sidewalk of Soi Ladprao 53/1, Bangkok. Mr. Satcha, a delivery rider for a company, did not possess a driver's license and therefore used another person's account online to operate his motorcycle taxi service. While driving, he encountered a 13-year-old girl walking alone on Ladprao Road and approached her, striking up a conversation.
The suspect then used a knife to force the victim into his car and took her to his apartment in the Ramkhamhaeng area. He forced her to smoke marijuana, and once intoxicated, he raped her and filmed the act. He continued to threaten her with the knife, threatening to kill her if she refused. The victim later informed her guardians, who then contacted the police, leading to the arrest.
