Painter Rescued After Falling from Temple Bell Tower in Nakhon Ratchasima

Nakhon ratchasima: Rescuers aided a painter who fell from the bell tower of a temple in Lat Bua Khao Subdistrict, Sikhiu District. The painter was trapped on scaffolding, and a coordinated effort with the municipality ensured his safe rescue using a cherry picker.

According to Thai News Agency, the incident involved Mr. Samuean, aged 42, who fell while painting the temple's bell tower. Rescue unit Hook 31, Sikhiu branch, responded to the report and worked with local rescue volunteers, bringing necessary equipment to the site.

Mr. Samuean explained that he lost his balance and fell from the top of the bell tower, landing on the scaffolding. He called for help, and nearby individuals alerted the authorities. Lat Bua Khao Subdistrict Municipality officials effectively utilized a crane with a basket to safely retrieve Mr. Samuean.

Despite suffering pain in his left leg, Mr. Samuean was conscious throughout the ordeal. Emergency personnel provided first aid on-site before transporting him to Sikhiu Hospital for further medical examination and treatment.
