Inviting Thai Youth to Apply for ODOS Summer Camp Scholarships: A Gateway to Global Tech Inspiration

Bangkok: Thai youth with a keen interest in IT are being encouraged to apply for the ODOS Summer Camp scholarships, offering them a chance to be inspired by leading tech figures globally. This initiative follows the approval of a charity lottery by the cabinet to support the One District One Scholarship (ODOS) project.

According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Linthiporn Warinwatcharoj, who serves as an MP for the party list and the deputy secretary-general of the Pheu Thai Party, expressed gratitude to the Pheu Thai government under Prime Minister Paethongtarn Shinawatra. She acknowledged the government's efforts to reduce inequality and create equal opportunities for Thai children, aiming to elevate them to a global level.

Ms. Linthiporn highlighted the significance of the ODOS Summer Camp, a six-week program designed to provide students from 878 districts nationwide, and 50 districts in Bangkok, the opportunity to gain international exposure. This program will allow students to enhance their digital skills by learning from world-renowned technology leaders and inspire them to pursue higher education and future careers in technology.

Expressing her gratitude towards the current government for continuing the ODOS initiative, which was initially launched under former Prime Minister Thaksin, Ms. Linthiporn urged students from across the country to explore this opportunity. She encouraged them to learn more about the project through the official website or the ODOS Summer Camp Facebook page and apply via the government application.
