Government Plans Reception for Queen Sirikit’s 4th Cycle Birthday Celebration

Bangkok: The government is preparing to hold a celebratory reception in honor of Her Majesty the Queen. The event is set to commemorate Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's 4th cycle birthday anniversary on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Government House, with an invitation extended to the public to join in offering their best wishes and blessings.

According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Ratchada Thanadirek, the Spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office, announced that royal permission has been granted for this occasion. The reception will take place at 7:00 PM at the Santi Maitri Building, Government House. Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul will preside over the event, representing the government. The reception will be broadcast live through the National Broadcasting Service of Thailand (NBS) and the National Radio Broadcasting Service of Thailand, encouraging public participation in offering best wishes.

The government has extended invitations to representatives from all sectors, both Thai and international, including members of the Privy Council, former prime ministers, cabinet ministers, constitutional organizations, members of the House of Representatives, members of the Senate, heads of government departments, military and police officers, ambassadors, international organizations under the United Nations, and representatives from the private sector and media.

The spokesperson emphasized the government's invitation to all Thai citizens nationwide to join in offering blessings and best wishes for Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's 4th cycle birthday anniversary on June 3, 2026. The public is encouraged to follow the live broadcast of the celebratory reception on June 4, starting at 6:50 PM, to collectively demonstrate loyalty and gratitude for Her Majesty's benevolence.
