Bangkok: "Seripisut" continues working, slams the people for collusion with the Pheu Thai Party. Sereepisuth continues working, slams people for colluding with Pheu Thai after requesting signatures to be sent to the court to remove the cabinet of Ing-Sathit over the issue of cutting the budget of 35 billion to distribute digital wallets, taunting 'Thaksin' who said he was taking care of his grandchildren but the MPs are everywhere.
According to Thai News Agency, the Seri Ruam Thai Party held its 1/2568 Annual General Meeting at the Riverside Hotel in Bangkok. Pol. Gen. Sereepisuth Temiyaves, leader of the Seri Ruam Thai Party, addressed the party's progress, emphasizing the commitment to work under the principle of straightforwardness without engaging in political games. He pointed out that the people have witnessed corruption in almost every party in parliament, with politicians focused on personal gain rather than public good. This has led to quarrels and fights for positions, compelling him to remain and work for the country and society genuinely.
A group of lawyers filed a petition with the NACC to have the Constitutional Court remove the entire cabinet of Mr. Settha Thavisin and Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, along with all current MPs and Senators. The petition is in response to the budget cut, reallocating 35 billion baht from the fiscal year 2025 budget to the digital wallet project, and amending the budget to increase funds for former MPs, which is seen as a conflict of interest. This situation reflects a cabinet focused on personal benefits rather than public welfare.
Pol. Gen. Sereepisuth suggested that submitting the case through the NACC might delay proceedings due to the agency's workload. He proposed that it should be submitted directly to the Constitutional Court through MPs and Senators. He received information from Mr. Somchai Saengkaew, who reported discussions with some MPs and Senators.
Currently, there are only Blue Line Senators, but no one is willing to sign the petition. Meanwhile, the opposition Prachachon Party is also refusing to sign, raising questions about possible collusion. Pol. Gen. Sereepisuth questioned whether the Prachachon Party is genuinely working for the people or colluding with the Pheu Thai Party to deceive the public.
Pol. Gen. Sereepisuth reiterated that he and the Seri Ruam Thai Party will continue their work, as they believe it prevents ignorance and ensures longevity, allowing people to live with their families. He criticized former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, stating that he has never seen Thaksin genuinely taking care of his children.
