SET opens for comments on adding warning signs for Trust, Property Fund, Infrastructure Fund


The Stock Exchange of Thailand is open to hearing opinions on adding warning signs for Trust, Property Fund, Infrastructure Fund and improving the criteria for listed companies that may be delisted until August 14, 2024.

As the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has added investor warning signs (various C marks) to cover more events that may affect listed companies, effective since the first quarter of 2024, and has improved the qualifications of companies to be listed on the SET and mai (New Listing)

to cover other types of securities, namely investment trusts (Trust), property funds (Property Fund), and infrastructure funds (Infrastructure Fund), and to ensure that listed companies that may be delisted must have strong financial positions and operating results before moving back to trading again, the SET has an idea to improve the related criteria and has opened for comments on improving the criteria in 2 matters as follows:

1) Increase investor warnings in the case of Trusts, Property Funds, Infrastructu
re Funds that have events that may affect financial positions, business operations, liquidity, or when there is a risk that the fund may be terminated by adding marks such as CB, CS, CC, CF in a manner consistent with the investor warning signs according to the relevant criteria for common stocks of listed companies.

2) Improve the qualifications for resuming trading (Resume Trading) for listed companies that may be delisted and will move back to trading. To comply with the new New Listing criteria as follows:
