Chaiyaphum: A summer storm battered the stage of the "Siang Sakid Jai" folk music group before their performance at the Bun Bang Fai festival in Ban Khwa District, Chaiyaphum Province. The stage was severely damaged, and the dancers and singers fled in panic.
According to Thai News Agency, the incident occurred yesterday evening (May 3) and continued into the night while the "Siang Sakid Jai" folk music troupe was preparing for a performance at the Bun Bang Fai festival in Ban Kud Huling, Talat Raeng Subdistrict, Ban Khwae District, Chaiyaphum Province. A severe storm with heavy rain struck, causing the newly constructed steel-framed stage to tilt precariously.
