PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC) sent the We are GEN S campaign to win the Bronze award for the Best Public Relations Campaign of the Year in the Corporate Brand group at the PR Awards Asia-Pacific 2024 held in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, reaffirming its leadership in sustainability and aiming to become a low-carbon organization.
Dr. Chanya Jantawasu, Executive Vice President of GC’s Corporate Sustainability Division, said that “We are GEN S” is an inspiring campaign that connects sustainability to be easily understood and achievable through various ideas for living in the Net Zero Lifestyles. It ignites the fire of “GEN S…Generation Sustainability, a new generation with a sustainable heart” regardless of gender, occupation, or age, to be a part of saving the world through a platform accessible worldwide (https://gcgens.com/). The main idea is not just to provide knowledge, but also to tangibly change behaviors and increase responsible actions for the world. It covers both
online and offline channels with more than 142 million views, resulting in GEN S making commitments for a better world of more than 1,800 commitments.

The “We are GEN S” campaign, which started in February 2024 and has reached more than 9.7 million views until April, was able to generate interest and participation in video viewing through storytelling with innovative environmentally friendly products and daily routines that everyone can help do, such as finishing food, reducing food waste, turning off water and unplugging
appliances when not in use, using environmentally friendly products, reusing, using them efficiently, or helping to separate waste properly, etc.
